Deliverables requested
- Full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance report — every failing success criterion with:
- Plain-language description of the issue.
- Exact file / selector / widget reference.
- Severity (blocker / serious / moderate / minor).
- Remediation recommendation.
- Priority ranking.
- Executive summary — ≤2 pages for leadership.
- Pass/fail matrix — one row per WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion, three columns: landing / web-app / iOS.
- Screen-reader walkthrough recordings — VoiceOver (iOS + Safari) + TalkBack (Android — optional) + NVDA (Windows Chrome) across the 4 critical user journeys (see below).
- Accessibility statement review — feedback on our self-assessment at
/accessibility. - Re-test pass — 30 days after we ship fixes, re-audit the same scope and issue a delta report.
Critical user journeys
- J1: Sign up + onboarding (age attestation, profile step, notifications step).
- J2: Upload a video + watch analysis progress.
- J3: Open a completed analysis and export the PDF.
- J4: Export my data via Settings → Data & Privacy.
Standards to audit against
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA (W3C).
- Apple Human Interface Guidelines — Accessibility (for iOS).
- Material Design — Accessibility (secondary reference for patterns).
- European Accessibility Act (EAA 2025) — implementing acts.
- US Section 508 (29 U.S.C. § 794d) — for government channel readiness.
Vendor requirements
- Certified IAAP (CPACC / WAS) professionals on the audit team.
- Can test native iOS (Flutter) + Canvas-based Flutter web + vanilla HTML/CSS/JS simultaneously.
- References from at least 3 consumer SaaS clients with similar surface area.
- Based in or able to invoice from the EU or UK (simplifies the VAT treatment).
- Turnaround: ≤3 weeks from kickoff to report delivery.
- Re-test commitment: within 2 weeks of remediation.
Commercial
- Budget ceiling: $12k–$18k for initial audit + one re-test pass. Open to proposals outside this range with justification.
- Payment: 50% on kickoff, 50% on final report delivery.
- NDA required before scoping call; we will provide.

audit ahead of EAA enforcement.

1. Confirm availability in the next 4–6 weeks.
2. Share a ballpark fee quote.
