๐ฅ Video Captions โ SRT files
Illustrative SRT drafts for the four script concepts. They have not been synced to final footage and are not ready to upload.
:::warning Validation state Regenerate timestamps from the locked edit and proofread the resulting SRT. Video 3 has been rewritten around the current recommendation/detail/timer flow, but its timing is still illustrative. Video 4 is blocked because public session sharing does not exist. The older blocked cue text is retained as concept copy only and must not be published as a product claim. :::
SRT spec reminder:
- Sequential integers for cue numbers
- Timestamps:
HH:MM:SS,mmm --> HH:MM:SS,mmm - 2 lines per cue max, ~42 chars per line
- Blank line between cues

1
00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:05,000
The difference between a video AceSense can analyse
and one it can't comes down to three things.
2
00:00:05,000 --> 00:00:08,000
I'll show you all three in the next two minutes.
3
00:00:08,000 --> 00:00:15,000
One โ film from behind the baseline,
as high as you can get.
4
00:00:15,000 --> 00:00:22,000
A fence clamp works. A tripod works.
Even a friend standing still works.
5
00:00:22,000 --> 00:00:30,000
You want the full court in frame,
including where the ball lands.
6
00:00:30,000 --> 00:00:35,000
โ
Full court visible ยท โ
Camera steady ยท โ
Height > 6 ft
7
00:00:35,000 --> 00:00:42,000
Two โ record in daylight if you can.
Indoor courts work too.
8
00:00:42,000 --> 00:00:50,000
If you can see the ball clearly on your phone screen,
the AI can track it.
9
00:00:55,000 --> 00:01:02,000
Three โ check the recording limit shown for your plan.
A rally, a set, a full practice โ anything in that window.
10
00:01:02,000 --> 00:01:10,000
The app uploads one file, so stay within your plan's limit.
If it's shorter, you won't get enough data.
11
00:01:10,000 --> 00:01:18,000
Open AceSense. Tap the big green Start New Session button.
12
00:01:18,000 --> 00:01:25,000
You get two options โ upload an existing video,
or record one right now. We'll upload.
13
00:01:25,000 --> 00:01:32,000
The app shows you the file size, estimated upload time,
and a tips card. Tap Upload.
14
00:01:32,000 --> 00:01:42,000
Upload takes 30 seconds on wifi
to a few minutes on cellular.
15
00:01:42,000 --> 00:01:55,000
You can close the app โ we'll push a notification
when analysis is done.
16
00:01:55,000 --> 00:02:05,000
While you're waiting, your video is on a GPU server
running computer vision.
17
00:02:05,000 --> 00:02:15,000
Ball tracking, court detection, pose estimation.
Processing time varies with the recording and service load.
18
00:02:15,000 --> 00:02:22,000
That's it. Camera steady, good light,
Stay within your plan's limit, then upload.
19
00:02:22,000 --> 00:02:30,000
Do this once today โ even a 5-minute rally
against a wall. ๐พ
๐ video-2-read-analysis.srtโ
1
00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:06,000
You just got your first AceSense analysis
and there's a lot on this screen.
2
00:00:06,000 --> 00:00:10,000
I'll walk you through every tab in three minutes.
3
00:00:10,000 --> 00:00:18,000
Default view is Overview. Four numbers at the top โ
total shots, accuracy, max speed, session count.
4
00:00:18,000 --> 00:00:26,000
Most people obsess over max speed,
but for improvement, look at accuracy.
5
00:00:26,000 --> 00:00:32,000
That's the percentage of your shots
that landed in-court.
6
00:00:32,000 --> 00:00:42,000
The donut chart shows what shots you hit.
Forehands, backhands, serves, volleys.
7
00:00:42,000 --> 00:00:50,000
This is where most players get surprised โ
you probably hit way more backhands than you thought.
8
00:00:50,000 --> 00:01:00,000
At the bottom โ AI Coach Insights.
Read it. Single most actionable thing on the screen.
9
00:01:00,000 --> 00:01:10,000
Second tab โ Shots. Every shot you hit, one by one.
10
00:01:10,000 --> 00:01:20,000
Tap any shot to see biomechanics โ
elbow angle, wrist velocity, ball speed.
11
00:01:20,000 --> 00:01:30,000
The pose animation shows you
what your body actually did.
12
00:01:30,000 --> 00:01:45,000
The tip card says something like:
"Extend your arm 15 degrees more for +12% power."
13
00:01:45,000 --> 00:01:55,000
Third tab โ Heatmap. The court is divided into 8 zones.
Colour shows where your shots landed.
14
00:01:55,000 --> 00:02:05,000
Bright green equals a lot of shots. Dark equals few.
15
00:02:05,000 --> 00:02:15,000
Use the filter to see just forehands, just serves.
16
00:02:15,000 --> 00:02:30,000
If your forehand heatmap only lights up one zone,
you're predictable. Coaches love this tab.
17
00:02:30,000 --> 00:02:42,000
Fourth tab โ Stats. Averages, rally length,
training recommendations.
18
00:02:42,000 --> 00:02:50,000
On Pro, this compares you to your past sessions
so you can see actual improvement.
19
00:02:50,000 --> 00:03:00,000
Next video โ turn the AI's recommendations
into a practice drill that fixes your weak spots.
๐ video-3-use-drills.srtโ

2
00:00:06,000 --> 00:00:10,000
Here's how to open the recommended drill
and run its timer.
3
00:00:10,000 --> 00:00:22,000
AceSense chooses from the strokes
classified in this session.
4
00:00:22,000 --> 00:00:35,000
When there is enough evidence, tap Open Drill.
Otherwise, browse the full practice list.
5
00:00:35,000 --> 00:00:48,000
Check the focus, difficulty,
description, and duration first.
6
00:00:48,000 --> 00:01:00,000
Then read the step-by-step instructions
and pro tips.
7
00:01:00,000 --> 00:01:15,000
Review the expected feel, equipment,
and common mistakes before you begin.
8
00:01:15,000 --> 00:01:25,000
Use Start and Pause while you work.
9
00:01:25,000 --> 00:01:35,000
Reset returns to the configured duration.
The timer does not save practice history yet.
10
00:01:35,000 --> 00:01:45,000
Open the recommendation, read the drill,
and use the timer.

2

They don't need the app.
7

They see your full analysis in the browser โ
same heatmap, same stats, same insights.
8

They can read it on the way to the court.
9
00:01:10,000 --> 00:01:22,000
On the free tier, anyone with the link can view.
On Pro, sharing is private-by-default.
10
00:01:22,000 --> 00:01:35,000
This changes lesson prep.
Instead of "how did it feel" โ no one can answer that.
11
00:01:35,000 --> 00:01:48,000
Your coach walks in already knowing
you hit 60% of backhands into net on the ad side.
12
00:01:48,000 --> 00:01:55,000
They coach the actual problem.
13

Upload, analyse, share. Three taps.
That's the full loop.
14
00:02:00,000 --> 00:02:08,000
If your coach isn't already on AceSense,
send them this video. ๐พ
๐ Localizationโ
SRT files are language-agnostic in timing โ only the text changes. For non-English releases:
- Run each SRT through professional translation (not raw machine translation โ tennis jargon matters).
- Save as
video-N-<lang>.srt(e.g.video-1-es.srt,video-1-pt.srt). - YouTube supports uploading multiple caption tracks per video.
- Pre-priority languages by tennis market size:
- Spanish (Spain, Argentina, Mexico) โ large recreational base
- Portuguese (Brazil) โ tennis growing
- French โ strong coaching market
- Japanese โ large consumer base
- German โ strong club scene
โฟ Accessibility notesโ
- Line length โค 42 chars for optimal reading at 200 WPM.
- Keep captions within the safe area โ TikTok/Reels UI covers top 8% / bottom 20%.
- No "[Music]" or "[Background noise]" tags unless they're significant โ they clutter the experience.
- For Reels/TikTok burned-in captions, use a heavier font weight (Inter Black) with dark stroke outline so the text survives bright pixel backgrounds.
- Spanish / German caption files can break the 2-line/42-char rule naturally โ allow 3 lines where needed rather than truncate meaning.
